We believe that healing begins at home, and that supporting and equipping foster parents is the key to providing foster children with stability. Rooted Families’ Board of Directors, employees, and volunteers desire to live out the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all foster families, regardless of a foster parent’s individual beliefs or life choices. We believe that this same gospel is built on relationship - and that our biggest impact as followers of Christ will always be through pursuing and serving through grace-centered interactions. We are convinced that if Jesus were with us today, he would be busy with the task of upholding foster parents as they care for each of his little children. 

“He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.” ~Isaiah 40:11 

The Harvest is ready. We want to surround every foster parent with the love of God, creating an opportunity to bring them into a saving relationship with Jesus, as well as change the lives of foster kids by bringing them into Christ centered trauma informed foster homes.
